To use the charger, simply plug the AC plug into a power source, and the LED will turn green, indicating that the power is connected. Then, plug the DC plug into your battery, and the LED will turn red, indicating that the battery is being charged. When the battery is fully charged, the LED will turn green.

If the charger is not charging, it could be due to several reasons: the adapter doesn't fit the battery, the battery is not a 36V lithium-ion battery, or the battery may be broken. As lithium-ion batteries have a limited service life, if the battery has been used for a long time or has been unused for 2-3 months, it may be broken, and the LED will show green, indicating no charging as the battery is dead.

The charger features a smart LED indicator system: no light means no AC power input, red light means charging, and green light means the battery is fully charged, disconnected, or not charging.

Lastly, this product is UL listed, meaning it has been tested, approved, and certified by Underwriters Laboratories for safety. The input is 100-240V 50/60Hz 2.5A, and the output is 42V. It is important to only use this charger with 36V lithium-ion batteries and not with lead-acid batteries or other voltage versions.
