The Andersen Manufacturing Ranch Hitch Adapter allows you to transform your 5th wheel trailer and utilize any standard gooseneck hitch in the bed of your truck. This hitch adapter fits a standard 2-5/16" gooseneck ball hitch and includes all necessary hardware for attachment to your 5th wheel trailer. Even an inexperienced do-it-yourselfer can complete the easy installation in less than an hour.

Not only is the Ranch Hitch Adapter incredibly strong, but it is also remarkably user-friendly. Unlike most gooseneck receivers that require you to access the truck bed to latch the coupler, this adapter features a remote cable mechanism. This allows you to engage and release the coupler while standing on the ground outside your pickup. The bell-shaped receiver design accommodates up to 3 inches of off-center positioning between the hitch ball and adapter, ensuring a seamless connection.

Andersen's bell-shaped coupler further enhances the ease of hookup, even when the components are misaligned by up to 3 inches. Importantly, the Ranch Hitch Adapter is the ONLY product on the market that meets the V19 standards.

It is important to note that we do not recommend using the Ranch Hitch Adapter (models 3100 or 3139) on a cushioned or moveable pin box. For those applications, we suggest considering our Ultimate 5th Wheel Connection instead.
